WinWeb announces today it’s global support for Global Entrepreneurship Week 2008 and Make Your Mark – Enterprise Week 2008 running from November 17th to the 23rd, to foster small business start-ups and the entrepreneurs of the future.

In a “Think Global. Act Local” move the British Make Your Mark campaign did exactly that it went global. It’s objectives are to inspire, connect, mentor and engage young people around the world. Young people from over 75 countries around the world will come together for one week to generate new ideas and seek better ways of doing things.

WinWeb will celebrate its 15 year anniversary with this Business’09 campaign, to help entrepreneurs to start or improve their business. All that is needed is a vision what you would do with the money if you win it.

A panel of external experts, headed by Professor Ian Angell of the LSE – London School of Economics, will short-list 15 businesses and put them to a vote among the public to decide on the winner. But even if you don’t win the main prize, there are hundreds of prizes to be won.
