We constantly update our software so that we can provide a continuously improving service to our customers.
A major update to our Cloud CRM application was rolled out earlier this week with minimal disruption to our users. Here is what the update contained:
1. Google Maps Integration: We’ve added Google Maps functionality for the Contact and Company Address. This enables users to see the location and also the street view of a contacts address – very useful if you are on the move and need to meet a customer.
2. Full customisation: We’ve allowed users to change the look, feel and usability of the WinWeb cloud CRM Contacts and Company popover. The following outlines the new options we can offer (additional setup fees may apply):
a. New tabs to allow for even more client specific data to be stored and searched
b. New data fields can be configured
c. Personalised drop down lists
d. Option to add additional fields as needed
e. Ability to add more columns to a contact or company view
3. MailChimp integration: We’ve added an optional extra facility that integrates with the MailChimp system so you can keep newsletter mailing lists up to date from a single place.
