Every month we bring you big updates to the Business Cloud based on user feedback we receive and our own development ideas. These updates come at no extra charge to our customers and cause no disruption or downtime whatsoever to users.
The updates for August (all now live and available to use) include:
Updates to Projects & Helpdesk application:
1. Updated Interface Design
The interface has changed to be more user friendly and easier to use for example with the addition of active dashboard buttons and more search options.
2. Updated Ticket Layout.
These updates enables us to put more of your important information at your fingertips.
3. Projects and Helpdesk Extensions
Our Customer Setup Team can now customise your Projects & Helpdesk tickets. Add Timebilling, Keywords, Pipeline or Child Ticket options and Advanced options for reissue, reminders and days remaining.
4. Custom Tabs
Now Clients can add a Tab to their Projects & Helpdesk tickets that relates specifically to their business. This can be setup to store only data that can assist with projects or aid customer support.
Updates to the Cloud CRM application:
1. CRM Extensions
Add Financials and Timesheets Tabs to your Cloud CRM App.
As part of this release we have fixed numerous minor bugs and also enhanced the speed of the WinWeb Cloud. Users will notice improvements to the Calendar and further enhancements to the Cloud CRM.
