WinWeb was founded 15 years ago in 1994, with the vision that the Internet and the World-Wide-Web (WWW) would transform the way micro businesses will be started and run.
It has never been easier and less expensive to start a small business or a home business, with WinWeb’s OnlineOffice it can be done in minutes anywhere in the world. At the same time WinWeb eliminates the need to install software, backup data and other laborious IT functions by utilising what it termed today ‘cloud computing’.
It became clear early on that offering just IT solutions, however advanced, was not the whole solution. Since 2001 WinWeb has used OnlineOffice to deliver real business services like call handling, bookkeeping and over 100 other essential admin functions to help the entrepreneur to stay focused on their business objectives.
In 2008 WinWeb launched it’s latest OnlineOffice version 5, with many improvements and an even easier user interface. WinWeb’s focus has always been the 1 to 10 person company in all its variations, sole-trader, freelancer, contractor, self-employed, partnership, up to small limited liability companies.
