WinWeb Projects & Tickets software is a new addition to the online software suite provided by WinWeb. It is the latest in a long line of fully integrated useful application developments that have been added to WinWeb over the years. The purpose of this new Projects & Tickets software is to allow you to deal with customer support issues in a timely fashion from within the console.
To start using the Projects & Tickets module straight away, existing WinWeb customers can visit our website and log into their account as usual. This will automatically launch the console and you should then click the Projects & Tickets icon at the top to continue.
When you enter the Project & Tickets module you will be presented straight away with all of your current customer service tickets and also any projects that you manually entered. These will be displayed as list at the top of the console and also below that there will be a visual representation of how long the project or task has been active for.
You can click either the names in the list or on the bar charts at the bottom to launch a new window that will provide more information about each individual ticket or project. Notice that every project and task will be assigned a colour based on its current status. Green items are not due yet, yellow ones are due soon and red ones are overdue.
If you wish to manually add a new ticket, task or project just click on the ‘Add’ button in the top right and a new window will open to allow you to input information.
