WinWeb’s fully integrated small business software gives your business the option to update on element of your software and the change to be made across the whole system. This fully integrated software means you can assign projects, tickets or task to your WinWeb Projects and Tickets Software directly from your WinWeb Business Email inbox. Here’s a quick guide of how to do just that.

Firstly, log in to your WinWeb console and you will be greeted with the console screen; including a clear overview of how many emails you have in your inbox. Then click on the “Business Email” icon at the top of the screen.

Once your email inbox is open you can view all your emails, and select the email you would like to assign to a project, task or ticket. The Actions icon next to the email gives you all the available action icons for that email.

The Actions icon then gives you the option to assign the email to a project, task or ticket. We have chosen to create a Project from this specific email.

Once you have opted to create a Project you are able to add details such as the department it is relevant to, designated staff members and the urgency of the project.

Due to the fully integrated nature of WinWeb’s Small Business Software, once you have assigned an email to a Project the project is automatically added to the WinWeb Projects & Tickets system, where you can manage the project in its entirety and keep an eye on its progress.
