WinWeb’s SWOT Analysis tool is located inside the Business Planning module; to access it log in to your WinWeb account, click on the Business Planning icon and then click on the SWOT Analysis tab at the top of the console.

This SWOT Analysis form allows you to write down your business’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The strengths and weaknesses areas are for internal business elements, whilst the opportunities and threats come from external sources. This form details what you should include in each element, helping you to maintain focus.

The SWOT Analysis element of WinWeb Business Planning Software also allows you to print your completed SWOT Analysis, enabling you to keep it within easy view and to remind you of the business path that you should be taking.
